Characteristic 1940s style budget apartments, motel and hot springs spa. Built specifically as a healing center, current spa services include 112^o hot mineral baths, outdoor hot springs jacuzzis, sweat wraps, different forms of massage therapy, and reflexology.

The motel rooms are apartments available for short and/or long term stay. Each has a sitting area, full bath and cable TV; most have a full kitchen. Dishes and cooking utensils are available for stays of three nights or longer. 

Other services include spa services, a 1940s barbershop and a gift store. Complimentary wireless is available in the lobby. Rates are priced one step over 1940, creating the most affordable and unusual hot springs spa adventure in New Mexico.

Gift shop includes locally made pottery, candles, soaps, spa products and gifts.
